Chrisborn Inc. is licensed under the Health and Human Services Commission as a Home and Community-Based Services Program Provider. This family-oriented agency aims to enrich the lives of each individual and those of their family members or loved ones.
Our homes have been described by family members as “so homely and warm,” and our care providers truly care. Under the HCS program, we deliver services under each Individualized Plan of Care (IPC).
We recognize and respect each individual’s special needs, choices, and rights. We ensure that the program continues to empower the individual to lead a life of independence and self-determination. We do this so each individual can achieve inclusion into the community and affirm their rights and dignity. Our qualified staff can provide the needed assistance, encouragement, and support.
